Hello, I'm Giorgi Jashiashvili. I make entertaining mobile AR applications and experiences that everybody likes to use. Magikz is my first official AR application that makes your photos and memories alive.

 

Here, I will tell you how I use data in the Magikz application to help create the best possible experience, and how I keep that data safe. Please make sure to read everything here carefully. If you still have questions after reading through, please contact me at g.jashiashvili@gmail.com.

 

MOBILE APP AND APP PERMISSIONS

When downloading this app as a mobile app or purchasing in-app items the Apple AppStore, you submit certain information to that platform, in particular your account data, e.g. your name, device identifiers, e-mail address and payment information. I have no influence on this data collection and I am not responsible for it.

 

APPLICATION DATA

While using the app, you are being asked to allow using the camera and select photos and videos from your library. Using a camera is an absolute necessity for an AR app, without this permission, the app will not function. The images and videos you select will be saved locally, i.e., on the mobile device, you are using the application on, and will only be used for the purpose of detecting the images and augmenting the videos. Magikz does NOT collect, save or share your photos and videos with 3rd parties.

EXTERNAL CONNECTIONS

Other than In-App purchases, the app will not make any of your data - either data entered by you, or any data saved on your mobile device from other applications and/or services - available to a 3rd party. The app will furthermore not require a network connection (other than for In-App purchases) nor will it communicate with any other device, application or service.
